General Rules

Every accepted paper in the conference must have one author register at the full rate, i.e., the Presenter of Paper rate. The remaining authors can register at the regular attendee prices or as student. In case of multiple accepted papers, we require a distinct full registration per paper as far as possible. Papers without registered author(s) will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.

The registration is free for students, unless they are Presenters of papers. To register, students should send an email to the PC chair.

The package registration fees include: Conference attendance and Electronic copy of the proceedings.

Fees

Registrations are handled only in electronic form. Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. For certain and acceptable reasons, we may consider registration reimbursement for a fee of 20 euros that will be charged to cover administrative tasks.
