The 18th Conference on
Detection of Intrusions and Malware & Vulnerability Assessment

14-16 July 2021 - Online Streaming

Announcement (February 09, 2021)

The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. After evaluating the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the decision has been made to transform the in-person DIMVA2021 into an all-digital conference.

DIMVA 2021 will now be an online event. Therefore, DIMVA 2021 will no longer take place in Lisboa, Portugal and will instead take place virtually. The conference dates remain the same, July 14-16, 2021. Proceedings will not be cancelled, and publications will continue as planned.

The Detection of Intrusions and Malware & Vulnerability Assessment (DIMVA) annual conference serves as a premier forum for advancing the state of the art in intrusion detection, malware detection, and vulnerability assessment. Each year, DIMVA brings together international experts from academia, industry, and government to present and discuss novel research in these areas.

The 18th edition of DIMVA will be an online event. DIMVA is organized by LASIGE, a research unit of the Faculty of Sciences of University of Lisboa (FCUL).

DIMVA is organized by the special interest group Security – Intrusion Detection and Response (SIDAR) of the German Informatics Society (GI). The conference proceedings will appear in Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.
